Photography
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of the session. Turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated in advance; expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee. Clients will receive edited, high-resolution images, while RAW files are not provided. Basic retouching is included, with additional edits available upon request. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or emergencies at the photographer’s discretion. By booking, the client grants permission for images to be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Graphic Design
A deposit is required before work begins, with final files delivered upon full payment. Each project includes a set number of revisions (outlined prior to starting), with additional revisions subject to extra fees. Final deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon formats; working/source files may require an additional purchase. Turnaround time depends on project scope and timely client communication. The client is responsible for providing accurate content and approvals. Completed designs may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
Embroidery
By placing an order with Thread & Light, you acknowledge that all custom embroidery items are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable unless an error was made on my part. Design approvals, thread colors, sizing, spelling, and placement are the customer's responsibility once approved prior to production. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and material availability. Thread & Light reserves the right to decline any project or discontinue service if communication becomes abusive, disrespectful, or if project expectations fall outside the agreed-upon scope. Every order is completed with care and attention to detail, and customer satisfaction is always the goal.
